A warm welcome awaits you on our small croft which keeps the crofter in a full time occupation with our daughter and son employed locally. We have a beef herd of Cross cows, a pony and one collie dog. We offer good home cooking and baking in our modern farmhouse. Magnificent views of the Cuillin mountain range over the sea to Skye. Boat trips daily from Plockton to see the seals. A suitable area for hill walking and loch fishing. Applecross, Glenelg and the Isle of Skye all make for enjoyable day trips.

This 1,000 acre hill farm carries a flock of 450 breeding ewes, 25 breeding cows with cross Limousin calves at foot. The comfortable homely accommodation offers high quality home baking and cooking. This 100 acre croft lies in a wooded glen with a superb view of the sea and MacLeod Tables. The croft carries a flock of Cheviot and Blackface sheep with pet lambs to help feed in the Spring. Gaelic is spoken. We are only six miles south of the Outer Isles Ferry at Uig. This ##is a good location for touring. Excellent salmon fishing with Hinisdale river close to the farmhouse. Step right outside our front door for leisurely hill walking.

Welcome to our 150 acre farm which carries 30 breeding cows with Simmintal calves at foot, and 300 Blackface and Cheviot ewes. Our accommodation is of the highest standard and guests can enjoy a homely atmosphere with this Gaelic speaking family. Only home cooking on offer. The farm is within walking distance of the shore and has a superb view of the Minch. We are only six miles from Uig ferry terminal to the Western Isles.

This comfortable, family run B&B is on the southern outskirts of Portree. Views of Loch Portree can be enjoyed from the house and a five minute walk takes you to the shore-line where an abundance of wildlife can be found. The town centre is within easy walking distance (approx one mile) and you will find numerous good restaurants and pubs to try - there’s also a very good taxi service in the town!

John and I enjoy making our guests welcome on arrival, also our football mad dog Jen. She loves people and is always ready for a game of football. Portree is an ideal base for your holiday on the Island of Skye and we will be delighted to help in any way we can to make your visit one to remember.
