This hill farm carries 1000 Cheviot ewes. The 200 year old farmhouse overlooks the deer forest. Home cooking and baking are the speciality of this hospitable family. Downstairs ensuite bedroom.The area is for those who appreciate wildlife and find hillwalking a pleasure. At top of the glen is the Thomas Telford designed Croick Church, visited by many people every year. Glen Calvie Falls with its fine salmon leap is just five miles from the farm.

This high quality farm guesthouse is situated just outside Ullapool with magnificent views of the River Kanaird and surrounding mountains. Tea and coffee along with home baking is provided on arrival and packed lunches & evening meals can be provided by prior arrangement. This farmhouse is ideally located for walkers and cyclists as it is close to both the Coigach and Assynt Mountains. And for non-hill walkers, we are very close to Inverewe Gardens, Gairloch and Loch Maree.. Or you could take a cruise out to the Summer Isles to see various sea life and birds.
