Tastefully decorated guest rooms, all ensuite with tea/coffee trays and TV/DVD players. The house is adjacent to a working arable farm with extensive views over to the Forth and the Lammermuir Hills. Redshill is also home to a small Welsh Pony stud.

Walston Mansion Farmhouse was built in 1803. A real home from home with guests returning year after year to enjoy the friendly atmosphere. Situated in the peaceful village of Walston, 5 miles from Biggar. We are in an ideal location for touring the Clyde Valley and Scottish Borders with Edinburgh 24 miles and Glasgow 30 miles. Our home cooking uses fresh free range eggs, meat and organic vegetables. We have many small animals, newly hatched quail and chicks on the farm as well as pet rabbits. Childrens videos and toys are available. We also have adult and childrens bicycles for loan. ‘Which’ magazine Good B&B guide recommended last 7 years.
Over Langshaw is a dairy and livestock farm presently converting to organic production. Beautifully situated amidst hills and fields in the Scottish Borders. Good food and a friendly atmosphere. Romantic Castles and Abbey, cycling, riding and walking. Nice pubs and restaurants in nearby Melrose and Galashiels. Edinburgh only 35 miles.
We look forward to greeting you to the Borders countryside where our family run a farm of 1200 acres and our large farmhouse is home to our children, Robert and Fiona. A cup of tea and a scone will refresh you before visiting Drochil Castle ruin which is situated nearby and dates back to 1578. Dinner menu with choices.Peace and tranquility are easily found at our farm in the rolling hills or sitting in the garden with the Tarth and the Lyne Rivers flowing slowly by. The busy county town of Peebles is a mere 10 minutes by car while Edinburgh is approximately 30 minutes drive. Nearby we have many amenities including fishing, golf courses, horse riding, castles, a soft play centre and a swimming pool.
Dunsyre Mains is a traditional working farm situated at the western end of the Pentland Hills, making it ideal for hill walking and bird watching.
The farm is an ideal base to visit Biggar and its museums, new Lanark: one of the top visitor attractions in Scotland, Edinburgh, Glasgow and the Scottish Borders - all within easy travelling distance of the farm.
Car is essential to make the most of what is on offer.

We offer guests relaxed informality and a home from home atmosphere with full Scottish breakfast. Easter Mosshat is also home to Ben, Jamie, Daniel and Sam, our dog.
